deafPLUS presents ‘Stardust’, a night of the best in deaf entertainment with MC Umesh Valjee from the BBC’s deaf drama, ‘Switch’.
Performers include the well-known deaf comedian, Rob Roy who performed at this year’s French Festival Clin d’oeil and award-winning deaf Magician, Johnny Fantastica, President of the Society of World Deaf Magicians.
All this and more…. including – signed songs, poetry and Bollywood-style dancing.
‘Stardust’ is an opportunity to catch up with deaf friends and enter into the imaginative world of deaf theatre. All performances will be delivered using visual language.

Rob Roy, a world-renowned deaf comic whose knack for visual theatre would appeal to anyone with a pair of eyes.
His manic energy and imagination was captivating from start to end, proving why the U.S. and Edinburgh have taken to him as much as Australian audiences.
Watching him was like a game of instantly recognizable charades, always clever, always entertaining.
